Rabbitohs forward, Nathan Brown, says that he and his teammates are ready to roll this Friday against defending-Premiers the North Queensland Cowboys in Round 7 of the NRL in Townsville.
Brown will start from Head Coach Michael Maguire’s bench wearing the number 16 jersey on Friday, with the energetic forward set to ply his versatility to the Rabbitohs forward pack with his ability to play anywhere up-front.
“We’ve looked at our game,” Brown told the Rugby League media in preparation for the match.
“We know what to expect this week against the Cowboys – they’ve got a good pack so we’ve got to be on our game.
“As a forward pack especially it’s a big challenge, so we’re up for it. We’ll just stick to our game-plans.”
The young-gun is also pleased to have Adam Reynolds returning to the field in the match, as much for his ability as for his leadership qualities.
“Adam’s a great player,” said Brown.
“He’ll just bring more leadership – it’ll be good to have him back.”
