With the 2016 season over for the year, Jason Clark, will be looking to spend time with his family before pre-season begins in November.
Looking back on the season, Clark says there have been a few highlights but the most memorable for him was being a part of John Sutton’s 250th game.
“There are a few there.
“My probably biggest one would be Sutto’s 250 game,
“Being a part of that was a big deal for me, I was part of his record breaking for the Club’s most games cap for a player and to be in his 250th game as well was a big highlight of mine.”
Clark, who climbed the ladder from being a South Sydney junior, played 22 games in 2016, and expresses the importance of having the younger players train with the first grade team in the pre-season.
“Being a local kid myself I remember coming through the ranks and being able to do a bit with the first grade team it was awesome so to see our local kids coming through, we’ve got a few boys there, it’s exciting and we are looking forward to a good preseason.
