It may have been a textbook try for Bryson Goodwin in our round three clash with the Newcastle Knights, but it's one that we'll look back on warmly.
Goodwin lined up on the weekend sporting a black armband in memory of his oldest brother Leon, who passed away the day before our game.
Finding himself on the end of a pinpoint Cody Walker grubber in the 42nd minute, Goodwin grabbed his fourth try in three matches for the Rabbitohs.
"What a moment for Bryson Goodwin," said Fox Sports commentator Matt Russell.
"A mental struggle no doubt just to take the field, wearing a black armband in memory of his older brother Leon."
"They're a beautiful family," added Michael Ennis.
"I had a lot to do with Bryson - I played many a football with him at Canterbury - a beautiful, beautiful family."
Good on you Bryson.
