Cameron McInnes and his men in Red and Green are itching to get back onto the field this Friday night against the Tigers as they go in search of two competition points.
After going down by a single point to the Titans on Sunday, energy is high at Redfern according to McInnes, and the short turnaround is a blessing in disguise.
“There’s nothing better than a short turnaround just to get back out there and I suppose fix things you’ve done the week before,” said McInnes.
“Overall I wasn’t very happy with the things that I didn’t do very well out there, so again, I’m looking forward to getting out there on Friday and wiping the slate clean there and fixing those things.”
The Tigers also come into Round 14 having gone down in their last match, having gone down to the Roosters by 32-18.
But McInnes says that he and his Rabbitohs will be ready for the Tigers at their best come Friday night.
“They’re coming off a loss as well,” said McInnes.
“We played them a few weeks ago and they came out in that first 20 (minutes) and they blew us apart a little bit.
“We want to match that and better that.”
