Rabbitohs and NSW halfback, Adam Reynolds, has sounded out areas of his own game which he will look to contribute to the Blues outfit in State of Origin Game I next Wednesday, in what will be his first Origin appearance.
“There’s a few areas that I want to add to the team. It’s about building combinations through the week as well,” said Reynolds.
“Defence is a big part of any game.

It’s definitely very important in the Origin arena and as it is at Club level, it’s a big aspect of the game and it’s something that I do pride myself on along with my kicking game and my organising the team around too.”
Blues Coach, Laurie Daley, stopped short of naming his team in positions yesterday, however, Reynolds is in line to wear the coveted Blues number seven jersey – as worn by Rugby League greats such as Andrew Johns, Peter Sterling, and Steve Mortimer – with Sharks five-eighth James Maloney his likely halves partner in steering the Blues around ANZ Stadium against Queensland.
