Despite temperatures soaring around Redfern Oval, your Rabbitohs have not eased up on their tough pre-season as they enter the final week of training before the Christmas break. Bryson Goodwin believes this dedication stems from a strong connection formed between our new recruits and older Rabbitohs.
With fresh faces in both the playing group and coaching staff, Goodwin says there is a positive energy within the Simply Energy High Performance Centre.
“I think the mixture of the new guys and the old guys has been really good, we are all getting along really well and seem to be getting the results out on the field and the testing,” said Goodwin.
“It’s been really good, the boys are training really hard, it’s been tough but everyone’s put in a lot of effort and looking forward to the Christmas break now.”
Sharing this positivity, the Rabbitohs have also been spending time on the phones at Rabbitohs HQ to call Members and thank them for signing up for the 2017 season.
“It was a really nice thing to be able to speak to some of the Members who support us week in week out so it was really, really good and I enjoyed it.”
