Senior Rabbitohs forward John Sutton has stressed how important it is for his team to put in an 80-minute performance this Friday at Allianz Stadium against the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles.
Speaking to the NRL Media, Sutton says his side are training hard ahead of our Round nine clash to address the lapses in concentration he says are costing them competition points.
Sutton feels his team are closer than ever after pushing the in-form Broncos to a controversial one-point result.
"We're trying really hard but in games we're just switching off a little bit and it's costing us," said Sutton.
"We just have to make sure we keep training hard and put in a better performance."
The Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles will come into the Round nine clash at Allianz Stadium with confidence after recording a dramatic two-point win over the Canberra Raiders.
Sutton knows his team can match the 8th placed Sea Eagles - insisting if his team train hard and stick to their game plan they can grab the two-points at our Allianz Stadium home clash.
"They're a very dangerous side," said Sutton.
"They've got strike all over the park so we'll have to train hard this week and come out and put a good performance on."
