The greatest rivalry in Australian sport between the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Sydney Roosters will continue at Redfern Oval on Sunday 6 April with the NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg Cup games to be contested on the Rabbitohs’ hallowed turf.
Additionally, the finals-bound South Sydney SG Ball Cup and finals-hopeful Harold Matthews Cup teams will play their last regular season matches on Saturday 5 April against the Bulldogs, looking to finish as high up the ladder as possible before the commencement of next week’s Finals Series.
The NSW Cup match will kick off at 3pm on Sunday with the Jersey Flegg Cup under 21s men’s game commencing at 12:45pm.
The SG Ball Cup under 19s men’s team will play Canterbury-Bankstown at 11:30am on Saturday at Hammondville Oval, with the Harold Matthews Cup under 17s boys’ match between the same two clubs scheduled to kick off at 10am.
The Tarsha Gale Cup under 19s women’s team will play the North Sydney Bears on Sunday 6 April at 11:30am at Hills Grammar in Kenthurst, with the Lisa Fiaola Cup under 17s girls’ match to be played at 10am.
