Eligible Entrants:
Entry is only open to Australian (excluding South Australian and ACT) residents who are 18 years and over.
Entrants must be able to attend the Eligible Match (as defined in the "Eligible Match" section below) at their own cost, noting the date, time and/or location of the Eligible Match may change. See the "Eligible Match" section below for more details.
The following persons are NOT eligible to take part in the Promotion: a) Anyone under the age of 18 years old
Eligible Match:
Round 4 – South Sydney Rabbitohs vs. Canterbury Bulldogs Rugby League game on 29th March 2024 at Stadium Australia, Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW, 2127, Australia.
If the above listed match does not go ahead or goes ahead without spectators, due to COVID-19 or any other unforeseen circumstances, the Game for the Eligible Match will be conducted at a different match at an alternative date, time and/or location as determined by the Promoter, and the alternative match or location determined by the Promoter will be considered the "Eligible Match" for the purposes of this Promotion.
How to Enter:
Two (2) entrants will have the chance to qualify for the preliminary activity ("the Qualifying Activity"). The first will be randomly selected prior to the Eligible Match through the online promotion (a) and the second will be selected on game day at the pregame activation stand (b) as outlined below:
a. To enter the online Promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotional Period, visit https://www.rabbitohs.com.au/, follow the Prompts to the Ingenia Holiday Parks & Rabbitohs ‘Rabbit Race for your Chance to Win $100,000’ entry page, enter their personal details (first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number) and submit the fully completed entry form.
b. To enter at the pregame activation stand, the entrant must participate and hold the fastest time on the pedal kart at the ‘on the day’ pre-game activation and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Entries Permitted:
For the online entry mechanic (a) above, only one (1) eligible entry per person will be accepted (entries to be de-duped by email address and phone number) during the Promotional Period via the online webform. By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.
Multiple entries from the same person and fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Draw:
• A draw will take place at 12pm (midday) AEST on Tuesday 26th March 2024 at Hive Marketing Group, Suite 222, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2101 using computerized random selection.
• The one (1) valid entry drawn (“Drawn Entrant”) and one (1) selected entrant from the pre-game activation (“Selected Entrant”) will be required to participate in the Qualifying Activity to determine which one Entrant will take part in the Game for the chance to win $100,000 AUD ("Major Prize"). The Qualifying Activity will take place immediately before the Game at the Eligible Match. The one (1) Entrant to successfully ‘win’, based on the results of the Qualifying Activity will have the opportunity to take part in the Game (“the Player”). Details and rules of the Qualifying Activity, including requirements to ‘win’, will be communicated to Drawn Entrant & Selected Entrant prior to the start of the Activity. The one (1) entrant who do not proceed to play in the Game will each be awarded a $500 Ingenia Holiday Parks Gift Card, given to them on the day.
• The one (1) Drawn Entrant will each be provided with one (1) ticket to the Eligible Match valued at AUD $25.00 (if they do not already have a ticket). All costs associated with travel to and from the Eligible Match (including any applicable flights, accommodation, etc.) will be the responsibility of the Drawn Entrant.
• If the Drawn Entrant is unable or unwilling to attend the Eligible Match, they will forfeit their ability to participate in the Qualifying Activity and the Game.
• The draw conductor will draw additional reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or entrant or in case an entrant cannot be contacted or in case the Drawn Entrant does not want to participate in the Qualifying Activity and Game (details outlined below).
• If a Drawn Entrant cannot be contacted by 2pm (AEST) 26th March 2024, the Promoter will contact the next reserve entrant drawn. This process will continue with each entrant having 2 hours (120 minutes) to call the Promoter back and accept participation in the Qualifying Activity and Game from the first phone call to them by the Promoter. If the Drawn Entrant fails to do so they will forfeit their right to participate in the Qualifying Activity and Game and therefore their opportunity to win a prize.
• Under no circumstances whatsoever will a proxy or replacement participant be permitted to take part in the Qualifying Activity or Game, if the Drawn Entrant or Selected Entrant is unable to participate for any reason. An ID check may be carried out by the Promotional Staff prior to the Qualifying Activity and Game starting to ensure the Drawn Entrant and Selected Entrant is the correct eligible Qualifying Activity or Game participant.
Game Details:
• There is a chance to win AUD$100,000 (paid via EFT) in the Game.
• The details of the Qualifying Activity and the Game including any applicable conditions will be determined by the Promoter and provided to the Drawn Entrant and Selected Entrant prior to the start of the Qualifying Activity/Game. The Drawn Entrant and Selected Entrant will be provided with an eligibility form explaining the rules of the Qualifying Activity/Game which they must sign indicating their understanding and agreement to the rules, prior to participating in the Qualifying Activity/Game.
• The Qualifying Activity/Game will be recorded and will be reviewed by an independent scrutineer, and a prize will only be awarded when/if there is no reasonable doubt the Qualifying Activity/Game was played fairly in accordance with the applicable rules, with no tampering by the Player.
• The Qualifying Activity will be competed between the Drawn Entrant and Selected Entrant and the winner will go on to play the Game `
• The Game will consist of twelve (12) images of Ingenia Holiday Parks in a PowerPoint presentation. Hidden behind two (2) of the images will have winning symbols and hidden behind the other ten (10) images will have non-winning symbols (Game). After the Player selects an image, the symbol behind it will be revealed.
• To play the Game, the Player must choose two (2) out of twelve (12) numbered images from on the Great Southern Screen.
(a) Outcome 1: If the Player selects the two (2) numbered images containing the winning symbols, then, subject to verification by the judges, the Drawn Participant will win the Major Prize of $100,000.
(b) Outcome 2: If the Player selects one (1) numbered image containing a promotional message representing one (1) winning symbol and selects one numbered image containing a promotional message representing one (1) non-winning symbol, then the $100,000 prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the Player will win the Minor Prize of $5,000.
(c) Outcome 3: If the Player selects two (2) numbered images containing a promotional message representing two (2) non-winning symbols, then the $100,000 prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the Player will receive the Consolation Prize of $1,000.
• N.B. A Loss Adjustor must be present at the Game to ensure the Game is conducted as per these Conditions of Entry and any Game rules.
• The Major, Minor or Consolation Prize, if awarded, will be delivered via EFT to an Australian bank account in the Player’s name within 30 business days of the Game. The Player will be required to provide their bank details to the Promoter in order for the Promoter to facilitate the award of the prize. If the Player fails to provide their bank account details by the date/time specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize.

Winner Notification:
The one (1) Drawn Entrant will be notified within 1 hour of the draw via phone and email. The Drawn Entrant and the winner will be published at www.rabbitohs.com.au on Tuesday 26th May 2023.

The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.

The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.

Valid and eligible entries will only be accepted during the Promotional Period listed in the Schedule above.

Employees (and their immediate family members) of agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

All reasonable attempts will be made to contact a Drawn Entrant or winner.

If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.

The value of the Major Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the Major Prize (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date.

No part of a prize is exchangeable or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.

No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion.

The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy which is located at https://www.rabbitohs.com.au/privacy-policy. The Promoter's privacy policy contains information about how the entrant may access, update and seek correction of the personal information the Promoter holds about them and how the entrant may complain about any potential breach by the Promoter of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants' personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. Personal information collected from entrants will not be disclosed to any entity located outside of Australia.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a Draw Entrant to take part in the Qualifying Activity/Game, if the Promoter determines in their absolute discretion, that a Draw Entrant is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the Qualifying Activity/Game in order to have a chance of winning the prize. It is a condition of participating in the Qualifying Activity/Game that the Draw Entrant may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to participating.

If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.

Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulations.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.

Unless otherwise specified, a prize is a single event for the winner (and where relevant their guests) and cannot be separated into separate events or components.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
