The South Sydney Rabbitohs medical and rehabilitation team have provided the following updates on the Club’s injured players.
Michael Chee Kam sustained a low grade calf strain against the Melbourne Storm in Round 23. He is expected to return to play in a few weeks following rehabilitation.
Dion Teaupa is progressing well with his AC joint injury sustained in Round 22. Teaupa is looking at a potential return to play next week.
Siliva Havili is on track with rehab for his hamstring injury sustained in Round 22. The Rabbitohs medical team is hopeful of a return to play within the next two weeks.
Tyrone Munro has returned to full training and is expected to line up in the NSW Cup this week. He has fully recovered from the collarbone injury sustained in Round 6 against the Sharks.
Dean Hawkins made a full return to play with an 80-minute performance in the NSW Cup against the Warriors in New Zealand. This was Hawkins’ first game back since his quad injury sustained in Round 9 against the Panthers.
