The South Sydney Rabbitohs are delighted to announce the signing of international winger Mikaele Ravalawa for the remainder of the 2025 season today.
Ravalawa, 27, has played 98 NRL games since making his NRL debut for the Dragons against the Cowboys in round one, 2019. Ravalawa has gone on to score 67 tries to date in his NRL career, as well as playing five Test matches for Fiji since 2019. Starting his Rugby League career in Canberra with the Raiders, he won the club’s under 20s player of the year award in 2017 before heading north to the Dragons for the 2019 season.

Rabbitohs Head of Recruitment and Retention, Mark Ellison, says Ravalawa will add depth to the Rabbitohs’ outside backs.
“Mikaele is a powerful, big body with a lot of NRL experience and noted try scoring ability, and he will add depth to our outside back stocks,” Mr Ellison said.
“He has represented his country and provides us with a point of difference on our flanks with his aggressive running style.
“We look forward to welcoming Mikaele to the Rabbitohs.”
