The South Sydney Rabbitohs are supporting the family and friends of Kirawhan Fernando, the mother of player Tyrone Munro, who passed away yesterday (Wednesday).
Kirawhan is survived by her four sons, including her eldest son Tyrone, who has bravely decided to play in tomorrow night’s game against the Penrith Panthers in his mother’s honour.
The South Sydney Rabbitohs will wear black armbands to commemorate Kirawhan’s life against the Panthers tomorrow night, and has offered the Club’s full support to Tyrone and his immediate family at what is a very difficult time for them all.
The South Sydney Rabbitohs offer their most sincere and deepest condolences to the Caldwell and Fernando families, and extend those condolences to all family and friends of Kirawhan Fernando.
